Taking time out from her globe-trotting career, the renowned Viennese harpist Monika Stadler will be returning to The Little Theatre on Friday 25th May, 2012 as part of yet another short concert tour of the Highlands.
Monika is a graduate of both the Bruckner Conservatoire in Linz and the Academy of Music and the Performing Arts in Vienna, as well as being a former member of the orchestra of the great Vienna State Opera. She is currently guest professor for jazz and improvisation at the GuildhallSchool of Music and Drama in London.
Karla Bernardi lives in Inverness and recently made it as far as the regional finals in Manchester of the Open Mic UK competition. This Thursday she is being interviewed by STV at The Little Theatre in Nairn, where she'll also be performing a couple of numbers.
For this performance we'd appreciate a small audience, and therefore we're inviting any existing Drama Club Members to come along. So if you can make it, please come along on Thursday 12th Jan for 5.30pm.
In his one-man play Highland writer, John Burns, brings back to life Aleister Crowley a man once known as The Wickedest Man in the World, with the self appointed nickname The Beast. He cast aside the conventions of the Victorian society into which he was born and sought to develop a new magical religion with himself as its prophet.
Nairn Drama Club presents its 2011 Christmas pantomime – Snow White – by Limelight Scripts, directed by Lee Cruickshank, and choreographed by Kayleigh MacRae.

Special Thanks :
Special thanks to Pat Fraser for the loan of a television for our Magic Mirror.
Thistle Bee Theatre Company present their sell-out production of Carol Ann Duffy's collection The World's Wife. Start your festival season with this fantastic dramatisation featuring mythical and historical women from across the ages - come meet Frau Freud, Mrs Faust, Mrs Quasimodo, Mrs Darwin, Mrs Midas and Mrs Icarus among many others. By turns hilariously sassy and darkly tragic, this is a performance not to be missed.
Nairn Drama Club present “Links to Past & Present”. A short pageant of the last three centuries of the Nairn Links and Fishertown, as seen by a modern family. Written and produced by Frances Hendry.
